William C. Duven has more than 30 years of experience handling residential and commercial landlord- tenant and debt collection cases. Representing only landlord and creditors, Duven has appeared in numerous courts in Colorado Springs and throughout the Front Range area, as well as having been a speaker on the topic of Colorado Landlord-Tenant Law. 

 

Duven graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Law - Lincoln. He opened his practice in 1983 in Colorado Springs handling not only landlord-tenant and debt collection cases, but also representing individuals charged with criminal offenses. He has appeared in courts across the state on these matters, and regularly appears in all courts in Colorado Springs and El Paso County. 

 

Duven has been a long time member of the El Paso County and Colorado Bar Associations, serving as El Paso County Bar Association Treasurer from 2008-2010. Duven is admitted to the Bars of Colorado, Nebraska, United States District Court of Colorado and United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
